¡HOLA!
Somos dos hermanos a los que nos encanta cocinar, comer, y hacer fotos. Un día decidimos hacer un blog para compartir con el universo nuestras creaciones, y aquí estamos, cocinando cuando el tiempo nos lo permite y comiendo alegremente. Cuando empezamos el blog vivíamos juntos, y las entradas eran más frecuentes, pero ahora vivimos un poco lejos el uno del otro y por eso subimos menos cosas. Pero nuestra aventura NO HA ACABADO. Un abrazo.

Nacido en Madrid en 1987, Nicolás Román es un chef emergente que comenzó su carrera a una edad bastante joven en el famoso Borough Market de Londres. Pronto se instaló en Madrid, ganando experiencia y convirtiéndose en segundo de cocina en restaurantes de renombre como Europa Decó y Joaquín Felipe by Isabela Gourmet. Sus habilidades en la cocina le han permitido viajar por el mundo, enseñando artes culinarias en India como chef principal del proyecto "European Gastronomy in Hospitality and Management Schools" y participando en ferias de cocina como la Paris Cookbook Fair, la Fira Alimentaria de Barcelona, Madrid Fusión y Millésime, trabajando junto a cocineros de éxito como Paco Roncero (2 estrellas Michelin), Mario Sandoval y Ricardo Sanz. En 2013, co-escribió Eating With Your Five Senses para la Unión Europea. Actualmente viviendo en Barcelona, Nicolás es jefe de cocina en el Balneario Blancafort.

La trayectoria de Clara es tal vez menos impresionante que la de Nico, pero aún así es digna de ser narrada (hombre sólo faltaba). Nacida un año y medio después que Nicolás, en 1988, Clara siempre se ha interesado por los idiomas, licenciándose en Filología Inglesa y después estudiando un Master en Literatura Inglesa y Americana, con la intención de doctorarse más adelante. Desde 2006 ha estado haciendo fotos a menudo, centrándose sobretodo en el retrato. Gracias a esta pasión, ha podido publicar su trabajo en Architectural Digest (Alemania), Éditions Points (Francia) y otros medios de comunicación. En 2014 inauguró su primera exposición fotográfica, titulada "Suspensión".

We are two siblings who love cooking, eating, and taking pictures. One day we decided to create a blog in order to share our creations with the entire universe, and here we are, cooking when we have some free time. When we started this blog, we lived together, so our entries were more frequent, but now we live apart, which has lessened the amount and frequency of blog posts. No matter. Our journey IS NOT OVER. Born in Madrid in 1987, Nicolás Román is an up-and-coming chef who began his career at a young age at the renowned Borough Market in London, and then settled in Madrid, gaining experience and rapidly becoming sous chef in distinguished restaurants like Europa Decó and Joaquín Felipe by Isabela Gourmet. His abilities have also allowed him to travel the world, teaching in India as head chef of the project "European Gastronomy in Hospitality and Management Schools" and participating in cooking fairs such as the Paris Cookbook Fair, the Fira Alimentaria de Barcelona, Madrid Fusión and Millésime, working alongside celebrated cooks like Michelin-Star Paco Roncero, Mario Sandoval and Ricardo Sanz. In 2013, he co-wrote Eating With Your Five Senses for the UE. Now located in Barcelona, Nicolás is currently working at the Balneario Blancafort as head chef.

Clara's career is perhaps less impressive than that of Nico, but still worth mentioning. Born a year and half later than Nico, in 1988, Clara has always been interested in languages, pursuing a BA in English Studies and then later an MA in English and American Literature, in the hopes of doing a phD later on. Since 2006, she has been taking pictures often, focusing mainly on portraits. Thanks to this passion she has been able to publish her works in Architectural Digest (Germany), Éditions Points (France) and other publications. In 2014 she held her first exhibition in Madrid, titled "Suspension".
